Cancellation Policy. You may cancel your registration in writing to receive a full refund no later than September 7, 2008. Effective September 7, 2008 at 12:01 a.m., any cancellation or refund request is subject to a 50% administration fee. Registrations are fully transferable during these periods. No cancellation refunds will be available after October 19, 2008 at 12:01 a.m. and registrations are not transferable during this period. Cancellations will not be accepted over the telephone. All refunds of eligible cancellation requests will be processed prior to Friday, December 28, 2008 Online registration fees paid by credit card will be reverted to the credit card if canceled on line, less all processing fees.
